5 points you need to know before you opt in for Training - See more at: http://meharbhagat.blogspot.in/2012/08/newsletter-5-points-you-need-to-know.html#%2EUz-qEqiSySo

Most of us go for Training but only few understands the real structure of it and for the one who is looking forward to it, must clear these 5 point before opting in for training.

 The Training market with numerous service providers committing so much but such bad delivery whereas only few giving away quality training services, one must be very selective in picking training vendor.

     *   Defining the purpose of Training
Purpose of the training has to be very clear and one must define what is he /she looking forward as for the end results to achieve the target, Be it a corporate house or an individual looking for training defining the purpose for training helps get better results.

     *  Verify the Training Topics
Its important to undergo the list of topics and core content of the training required and see if it matches the right topics selection along with dedicated time line that helps you achieve the purpose of training.

     *  Choosing the Right Trainer
This one the serious part! you may ignore the content for a moment but if you don't have the right trainer for your training, undergoing training can be a big waste of the time and as well as of resources. Do Look for the trainers who has relevant experience on specific topics that you are looking for training before you sign-up.

     *  End result of the Training
Undergoing training is one factor and getting the end result is another but most important factor. Analysis and reports for your training should be discussed with the trainer after training.

     *  After Training Support
For a corporate house after training support can be different due to the number of trainees involved so can take more time, but if you an individual going for  training then do verify if you trainer is providing you with after training support, however for an individual 2 - 3 weeks of support / guidance from the trainer can be a great asset to your training, so that you can keep tracks and see if you are getting the desired end results.

The Hidden Gurus

- 1 comments

I know the word guru is so over rated but I value it for the meaning it has, which is why I’m very peculiar about who I mention as my guru, for me there has been only one guru since my childhood, what I learned has always been on my mind and has made a great deal of value in my life which happened to be my need.

The very fact about hidden gurus and their teachings has been reformed with new write up shared by most of the current authors, they talk about strategy, management, sales, leadership and what not but the origin of the content is beyond the age we live in however the content has been modified over the time period according to need and the new proving resources.

Sometime the right teaching is misguided; funny it just like a game that we all played in our childhood to whisper something in someones  ear - e.g: ‘I said I can do but I need to work hard’ and then the last person tells me that I said ‘I cannot do it because I cannot work hard’ see how the story changes, the same goes with gurus, the learning has to be complete but not need based.

So when we follow a guru it’s more important to understand and know about the guru that our guru follows, because it changes the dimensions of the art to understand and to get knowledge that we seek to learn and posses, it’s like magic, you need to understand every move and if you miss one then it’s not a magic but public joke.

The Hidden guru’s has more to say then our guru, because every individual need is different, It is very possible to have a different need to learn which changes the art of the teaching techniques according to the need that an individual has.
